How the mind needs to be cared for before it snaps.

So have you tired explaining depression or mental health to someone and were lost for words.

Well here one way to look at it.

We try to run on a knee that’s in pain(depression, panic attacks, anxiety or mental health in general) or has some issues. We eat meds(avoid & ignore) and try to do whatever it needs before actually going to the doctor(therapist). One day it snaps and it’s broken( mental break down). No amount of medicine or tape will help you walk let alone run.( move forward)

So you plaster it and rest it.(doctor, meds, self care, etc) Do physiotherapy and try to walk on it over time. ( Get regular exercise, such as walking for 30 minutes a day.
Eat healthy meals and stay hydrated.
Make sleep a priority.
Try a relaxing activity.
Set goals and priorities.
Practice gratitude.
Focus on positivity.
Stay connected.
Take a "time out" for yourself, even as little as 15 minutes per day.
Avoid alcohol and drugs.
Get some sunlight.)

And yes the fear of breaking it again will make you not wanna stand on it, but you must. Only than will you be able to run and jump.

( live a happy life )
